These photos were all taken with a Pentax Optio 555 originally purchased in 2004. I took the photographs all in my immediate central Ohio area. I haven't taken as many photos as I've made fractals, but I wanted to include them in my gallery because for me they share a common theme with the fractals, a theme Benoit Mandelbrot called "The Geometry of Nature."

I have not put captions on the photos because I want them to stand alone as the colors and shapes of nature, rather than the focus being on their labels. The goal with all my images is to engage the creative right hemisphere of your brain.
